These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://packmanmobilestorage.com and the services provided by Packman Mobile Storage LLC. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “User” or “Customer” refers to anyone using the website or services of Packman Mobile Storage.
  • “Services” refers to the storage unit rental, delivery, pickup, and handling services offered by Packman Mobile Storage LLC.
  • “Storage Unit” refers to the mobile storage units provided by Packman Mobile Storage LLC, approximately 8’x16’ in size.
  • “We” or “Us” refers to Packman Mobile Storage LLC.

3. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking or making inquiries through our website.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking a storage unit or making an inquiry.
  • Ensure that any information provided, including payment details, is up to date.

5. Services Provided

Packman Mobile Storage LLC provides mobile storage unit rentals within North Carolina. Our services include:

  • Delivery of storage units to the customer’s specified location.
  • Temporary storage of personal or business items in the unit.
  • Retrieval of the unit for storage at our facility or return to the customer. The customer is responsible for securing their goods inside the unit.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Onsite at Customer Site:
    • Rental Rate: $165 per month, plus applicable taxes.
    • Delivery and Pickup Fee: $200 (one-time fee).
    • This option includes delivery to your home or business location and pickup when you no longer need the storage unit.
  • At Our Storage Facility:
    • Rental Rate: $225 per month, plus applicable taxes.
    • Delivery and Pickup Fee: $400 (one-time fee), which includes up to 4 handlings (delivery, pickup, storage at our facility, and return to you).
    • The storage unit will be securely stored at our facility in NC.
  • Billing: Payment is due monthly on the anniversary of the delivery date. We reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card on file unless an alternative payment method is provided in advance.
  • Late Payments: A 15% late fee is applied to payments not received within five days of the due date. If the balance remains unpaid after ten days, additional fees may apply, and access to the unit may be restricted.

7. Contract Requirement for Booking

To confirm your booking of a storage unit, you must first sign our Packman Mobile Storage Rental Agreement. This agreement outlines the detailed terms of the rental, including payment obligations, responsibilities for the storage unit, and liability limitations.

  • The contract includes important terms such as delivery and pickup fees, the condition of the storage unit, and your responsibility for maintaining insurance on the items stored in the unit.
  • You will not be able to complete your booking until the contract is signed. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms and conditions of the rental.
  • The agreement can be signed electronically and must be submitted before your requested delivery date.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Booking Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Prepaid rent is non-refundable. If you vacate the unit before the end of the rental month, the remaining rent will not be refunded.

9. Storage Unit Use and Customer Responsibility

  • Use of Unit: The storage unit must be used solely for storing personal or business property. Hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods are prohibited.
  • Condition of Unit: The unit must be returned clean and in the same condition as delivered. A $50 cleaning fee may apply for units returned dirty, and the customer will be liable for any damages to the unit.
  • Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for securing all goods stored in the unit. Packman Mobile Storage is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items stored in the unit.

10. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

  • No Liability for Stored Items: Packman Mobile Storage is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property stored in the units, including damage caused by weather, theft, or vandalism.
  • No Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the condition of the storage units or uninterrupted access to the website or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Packman Mobile Storage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms & Conditions. This includes damages caused by the misuse of the storage unit or violation of any local laws or ordinances.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms & Conditions.
  • Payments are not made in a timely manner.
  • You use the unit for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Packman Mobile Storage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
