Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Packman Mobile Storage, we value transparency and strive to ensure that our customers are well-informed about our cancellation and refund procedures. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for storage unit rentals and related services.

1. Cancellations Before Delivery

You may cancel your booking prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund of delivery and pickup fees.
  • Rent paid is generally non-refundable, as it reserves your unit and delivery slot.

At our discretion, we may provide additional refunds outside of these terms on a case-by-case basis.

2. Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours of Delivery)

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are generally not eligible for a refund of delivery and pickup fees.

However, we may still review and approve refunds at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

3. Cancellation After Delivery

Once the storage unit has been delivered, delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable.

Rent is non-refundable once the rental period has begun.

4. Scheduling Pickup of Units

You may request pickup of the storage unit when it is no longer needed.

  • We request at least 7 days’ notice to schedule pickup.
  • Requests with less notice may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional handling fees.

Pickup and any associated handling fees will apply as outlined in your rental agreement.

Prepaid rent is non-refundable and not prorated if the unit is vacated early.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Billing errors or overpayments
  • Cancellations made prior to delivery, subject to the terms above

6. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Rent paid to reserve a unit and delivery date
  • Delivery and pickup fees for late cancellations or after delivery
  • Handling fees for additional services, trips, or mileage beyond the original agreement

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Changes to Service

If you need to reschedule delivery or pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional handling fees depending on timing and logistics.
